BMJ Best Practice is a clinical decision support tool, uniquely structured around the patient consultation, with advice on symptom evaluation, tests to order and treatment approach. This is the nationally provided decision support resource, and is available to all NHS services.

UpToDate is an evidence-based clinical decision support resource.
It contains a number of current, evidence-based summaries on a wide range of topics.
Search on imaging method for results within speciality eg ultrasound in pregnancy; radiation therapy techniques in cancer treatment on UpToDate (NHS login may be required).
